Join yoga teacher and host Marlien Wright for a transformative yoga and holistic wellness retreat during the weekend of 12-14 October2012. The retreat, which will take place on Somerset Gift Farm at the foot of the majestic Langeberg (16 kilometres outside of Swellendam) promises to be an inspirational and transformative experience in a pristine and breathtakingly powerful natural setting.www.somersetgift.co.za     The retreat will offer participants an opportunity to rest, immerse themselves in nature and discover the immensely healing benefits of yoga, energetic healing and awakened creativity. Participants will enjoy a variety of delicious, home-cooked vegetarian cuisine throughout the weekend. All meals will be prepared by Marlien herself, using only the freshest, seasonal organic ingredients sourced from local producers. In addition to daily yoga classes in a spacious, light-filled studio, the retreat program will also offer participants the opportunity to partake in a 3-hour Practical Energy Healing Workshop and a 1-hour Practical Creativity Workshop. Accommodation will be provided in a number of self-catering cottages on the farm, all within easy walking distance of each other, the yoga studio and the main farm homestead, where all meals will be served. None of the activities on the retreat program are compulsory, and in between classes and workshops, participants will have ample time to explore the beautiful farm and its surroundings.
