“ALCHEMY TOUR” - PERU WITH CAROL GEORGE 29TH SEPTEMBER – 9TH OCTOBER 2013 12 Days & 11 Nights This tour is an opportunity to experience the ALCHEMY and TRANSFORMATION of the Sacred places and the hearts of the people of Peru. Join us on our journey, which will start in Cusco, and according to history, is the navel of Peru. We will visit many ancient temples, or “wakas” as they are called by the Andean people, with our tour guide, Manuel and tour leader, Carol George. Our Tour guide, Manuel, who is of Quechua decent, will share with us his abundant knowledge of the indigenous peoples and places. Carol George, our Tour leader, has initiated to the Kuraq Akulleq Level of the Sacred Andean Tradition and is a qualified Master/Teacher. At these sites we will spend time, to meditate, explore and really get a sense of the magical energies that have been in place for thousands of years and which played an important part in the culture of the Ancient Inka and Wari cultures. At selected sites, you can participate in ceremony, performed by local Shaman, and experience the Andean Despacho ceremony. With this in mind, please be open minded as the Shaman may share some of their personal experiences, culture, teachings and beliefs with the group. We arrive in Cusco and will travel over this period to visit the sacred sites of Tipon for its healing waters, Raqchi, the ancient temple of Wirococha, Qilla Rumiyoq, ancient initiation site, Chinchero, for its ancient textile & weaving techniques, Moray, Pisaq, Ollantaytambo and the “CRYSTAL CITY OF LIGHT” at Machu Picchu.
